What does owning a Location mean?
When someone books a Local Kindness service in your suburb, the booking comes to you.
You set your services, prices and availability. We send you the details at least 40 hours before the job.
You provide the service, mark the job complete and get paid.
Start with the services you choose. Nothing is compulsory.
That may be all you want — and that is enough.
If you want to grow later, you can add services you choose and work with local people or businesses.
Keep it simple or make it more. Your Location. Your decision.
What you receive
- Exclusive Local Kindness rights for your Location.
- Your own personalised Local Kindness website.
- Bookings made on your Location's booking form come to you.
- Bookings and payments through Local Kindness.
- The freedom to add services and grow your business over time.
Your first week
$12.50 gets you started.
That covers your first week on the Local Kindness platform, and the licence is $25 per week after that — time to set up your Location, personalise your website, get ready to take bookings and road-test how you want your business to work.
After that, it's $25 a week.
No lock-in. If you decide it's not for you, there is nothing more to pay and your Location is released.

Ongoing: $25 per week.
Once any supplier costs are paid — meals, flowers, and the like — you keep 90% of what remains. Local Kindness keeps 10%.
Your share of a job is released once you mark the job complete and the job's scheduled start time has passed.
What you don't have to do
- Build a website from scratch.
- Create your own booking and payment system.
- Compete with another Local Kindness Partner in your Location.
- Learn complicated software or technical systems.
- Start with a blank page.
How Locations work
Local Kindness is built around one simple idea: one Location, one local Partner.
A Local Kindness Location is one suburb. The Partner who holds it chooses which services to offer, and nobody else can claim that suburb. Services can be added later.
If your Location is available, you can claim it.
Once claimed, it becomes your Local Kindness Location — your local business, supported by the Local Kindness platform.
